PRW Hawaii is a senior living development company. PRW developed PRH a high end senior living company.
Paradise Retirement Hawaii was established on a revolutionary concept of Continuous Lifelong Care (CLC) and the “Five element model” versus the outdated Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) concept that required seniors to relocate multiple times. Through the transition of this operating model, seniors were empowered with lifelong care directly in their homes as opposed to facing the healthcare and mortality risks that were prevalent through multiple relocations in traditional nursing facilities.
After founding the company in 2022, Christian led all aspects of pre-development, financing, construction development and operational readiness to launch the 250-unit senior living development. This involved working with foreign-based investors to raise equity capital via the EB-5 financing program, as well as from private equity.
The company also obtained special approval from the accreditation body (CARF) for the CLC model by presenting its merits over existing practices.

PRH High-End Senior Living Projects
High end senior living. Similar in style to the PRH projects, PRW is in preparation of a series of senior living projects around the country. These projects are planned to take off in 2026 and 2027.
Assisted Living Facility
A 120-bed assisted living facility is planned in Hilo. Currently, PRW is in the process of identifying the site, and development is planned for mid-2025.

EB-5 Program
The EB-5 program is an investment-based green card initiative that allows projects to raise equity through foreign investors in exchange for a green card, provided the project generates 10 jobs per investor within a specified time frame. Most EB-5 projects work with a Regional Center and prepare a hard-to-obtain I-924 government exemplar approval.
PRH obtained two such exemplar approvals: one for a $44 million raise for its $250 million project and another for an $8 million raise for a related direct investor fund.
Equity
In addition to foreign investments and EB-5 funds, PRW Hawaii is adept at raising equity from private national sectors. Our strong network of domestic investors and financial institutions enables us to secure significant capital for our projects. This diverse funding base ensures that we have the financial stability and flexibility to pursue and complete our senior living developments, regardless of market conditions
